Some characteristics of a small town are when pretty much everyone knows everyone. Yes I've been to a small town. I live in Toronto. It's not that small but it kinda is. When I think of lottery I think of someone who bought a ticket and won a lot of money. A lottery is when you buy a ticket in hopes to win money. My Grandma buys lottery tickets but she never wins. 

Fun Steps

Yes making something fun can change behavior because if its fun then you'll be more interested in it. If your'e interested in something then you'll try and do it more than the boring one.
