Some characteristics of a small town are when pretty much everyone knows everyone. Yes I've been to a small town. I live in Toronto. It's not that small but it kinda is. When I think of lottery I think of someone who bought a ticket and won a lot of money. A lottery is when you buy a ticket in hopes to win money. My Grandma buys lottery tickets but she never wins.
